What is an LSV?
Think of it as your vacation shortcut. An LSV, or Low-Speed Vehicle, is a street-legal golf cart built for getting around town at a relaxed pace. With a top speed of 25 mph, it’s the perfect way to cruise to the beach, grab dinner, or run quick errands without ever moving your car.
Just like a full-size vehicle, LSVs must obey all traffic laws and are only permitted on roads with posted speed limits of 35 mph or less. Some community restrictions may apply.
A few things to know before you go:
- Drivers must be at least 25 years old (insurance requirement)
- Carts are plugged in and charging when you arrive—please keep them plugged in whenever you’re home, especially overnight
- Never drive on the beach or sand

How Rentals Works

Pick Your Dates
Pick your arrival and book a drop‑off at your rental address in under three minutes. We offer Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday rentals to align with standard house check‑ins. Just double check your dates before confirming. Refunds cannot be issued for wrong dates.

Delivery Day
Your cart arrives fully charged at your vacation home, with everything you need for a fun week.

Plugin When Not Using
Charge it while you sleep for a full cart every morning. Just make sure to charge it up before you leave. We'll handle pickup when your booking wraps up.

How old do I have to be to rent?
Because these are street-legal vehicles, insurance requires all renters to be a minimum of 25 years of age with a valid driver’s license.Where I can drive the golf carts?
How long does it take to charge the carts?
Plug it in whenever you’re home and especially overnight. It uses a standard 110V outlet (like your phone charger). It’ll be full every morning, ready for wherever the day takes you.What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 48 hours before your rental start for a 90% refund — the 10% covers administration and credit card processing fees. Email rentals@eviacartco.com to cancel.What if something happens to the cart?
